Dying, minus the weekend...

I've been noticing the non stop begonia blooms fall onto the cable reel table on our porch. Passing by there many times a day, I observed them change from their brilliant red to a faded brown. Dying in place they soon blended into the background of the weathered old wood of the table top.

So I decided to document this transition over a period of a week that it takes this to happen, and here's what I saw, except as you can tell, I missed that days in the middle. They were over a weekend when we were away.

Nevertheless, the transition continued unwatched...
