Time upon time, and some music...

Three slices of time blended across time...from the shores of the Bohemia River, Hacks Point, Maryland.

I have begun to explore the possibilities afforded by time exposures of moving water. The digital technology adds interesting streaks created by moving highlights. I first noticed this phenomenon last fall while working on my "Trail Vues" body of work.

Whenever I create images with pebbles by the water I'm drawn to one of my favorite songs: "Here by the Water" by Jim Croegaert, a friend who writes and sings songs that speak to my soul. So this morning I have been listening to his CD "Heaven Knows" which contains that song.
